Making leather goods in Canada is a challenge.
Because quality leather suppliers are extremely limited within Canada, nearly all of our leather has to be ordered from abroad adding considerable expense to acquire the leathers we desire. This includes expensive shipping to Canada, import duty, tax, dollar conversion, and occasionally VAT. Despite that, we insist on only having excellent materials and accept that this will make a sizable impact on our pricing. We are proud to offset the cost with top-notch craftsmanship and hope that you will not only consider supporting an entirely Canadian business, but also appreciate that your leather purse, wallet, bag, or whatever it might be, is of the highest quality.
